The industry’s overall hiring increased by 7.34% in October 2021 when compared with September 2021.

By GlobalData1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 38.46% in October 2021, registering a 57.89% growth over the previous month.
2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a 30.77% share, an increase of 166.67% over the previous month.
3) Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 25.64%, registering a 150% rise from September 2021.
4) Computer Support Specialists captured a share of 2.56%, up 100% over the previous month.
Top five insurance companies in France’s IT recruitment activity in October 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 77.14% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France’s insurance industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
AXA posted 30 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a rise of 114.29% over the previous month, followed by APRIL Group with 13 jobs and a flat growth. SCOR with 10 IT jobs and Allianz with 5 jobs, recorded a 25% growth and a 61.54% decrease, respectively, while CNP Assurances recorded a flat growth with 4 job postings during October 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 69.23%, up by 134.78% from September 2021. Mid Level positions with a 15.38% share, registered an increase of 140% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Senior job ads with 7.69% share, down 14.29% over September 2021, while Entry Level postings accounted for 7.69%, recording a month-on-month increase of 200%.
