Global professional services company Aon has launched Specialist Claims Solutions to assist insurers in managing the evolving claims environment, improving customer service, supporting profitable operations and reducing loss ratios.

The company claims that its newly formed solution offers end-to-end claims services covering leakage analysis, claims administration and run‑off handling, debt recovery and commutations, and support for incoming claims management.

Additionally, Aon has partnered with ARMStrong Insurance Services, which provides claims audit and recovery solutions for the property and casualty sector.

ARMStrong’s operating companies, SubroIQ and Paragon Deductibles, use technology to identify and recover overlooked subrogation and deductible billing opportunities.

The collaboration is intended to broaden Aon’s capabilities in addressing claims leakage.

Presented alongside Aon’s risk capital framework, the service is available to insurer clients and extended to third‑party administrators and managing general agents.

The development follows Aon’s recent rollout of its reinsurance global claims and client experience proposition.

Aon Strategy and Execution for Reinsurance global head and executive sponsor of the initiative Leonora Siccardi said: “Insurers are tackling persistent challenges in claims while adapting to evolving business needs.

“Specialist Claims Solutions is designed to help clients achieve measurable improvements in operational efficiency, reduced loss ratios, and enhanced customer experience through faster, smarter claims processes.”

Veronica Judice and David Griffiths will serve as global co‑heads of the specialist claims unit and will report to Siccardi.

AON CEO of Strategy and Technology Group and Inpoint Sherif Zakhary added: “Driving profitable growth requires more than just reacting to claims challenges – it demands a proactive approach.

“By combining expertise, technology and capital insight, we are helping clients to anticipate risk, reduce leakage and unlock new value across the claims life cycle.”
