
US-based Meriwest Credit Union has partnered with Insuritas to launch a new full-service insurance agency in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The agency, Meriwest Insurance Services, will be powered by Insuritas’ digital platform and will serve Meriwest’s membership base of more than 80,000.
The collaboration will enable Meriwest Insurance to offer insurance products, including home, auto, renters, and commercial insurance.
The service will targets individual members and families to small businesses, professionals, and non-profit organisations.
Meriwest Credit Union CEO and president Lisa Pesta said: “Meriwest is excited to collaborate with Insuritas to launch a full-service insurance agency for our members.
“By leveraging the BUNDLE digital insurance platform, we can provide our members with convenient, competitive, and reliable insurance solutions to help meet their needs at a time when insurance costs are rising rapidly.”

By GlobalDataThrough Insuritas’ digital platform, Meriwest Insurance will connect with more than 40 insurance carriers.
The platform will also feature Insuritas’ virtual insurance agent technology, known as Lily, which is designed to provide personalised service and support to users.

In December 2024, Insuritas was acquired by VIU by HUB, a company known for its omnichannel insurance brokerage platform.
