Libra Insurance Partners (Libra) has forged a strategic alliance with health data platform provider Human API to enhance the life insurance buying process.
Under the agreement, Libra will leverage Human API’s expertise to help partner agencies offer consumers an easy way to access electronic health records in the wake of the Covid-19 crisis.
Human API’s consumer-controlled health data platform said to create transparency across the insurance buying journey. It also offers customers a way to share their medical records instantly.

Libra, through this alliance, aims to allow agencies to share the digital medical data directly with carriers in order to expedite the underwriting process.
