US-based insurance broker and consulting firm USI Insurance Services (USI) has snapped up Benefits 7 for an undisclosed sum. 

The acquired firm, which is based in Vincennes, Indiana, offers employee benefits brokerage and advisory services.

According to Benefits 7’s website, the firm offers employee benefits advisory services to over 100 clients in the tri-state area. 

It also serves as the broker and advisor for employer group health plans along with vision, dental, life and disability products. 

Furthermore, Benefits 7 designs and implements insurance trusts, and is the founding broker of The Clinic Connection, an initiative to provide on-site or near-site wellness clinics.

USI regional CEO Thomas Cassady stated: “We are thrilled to welcome the talented professionals from Benefits 7 to the USI family.
