Rental Beast, an integrated SaaS platform for rentals, has tied up with Liberty Mutual Insurance to provide its renters free rental insurance quotes.

The alliance will enable renters to have Renter’s Insurance for as little as $5 on a monthly basis.

On uploading listings onto the Rental Beast search portal, landlords can choose rental insurance as a requirement for applicants.

Renters can take the help of Rental Beast’s online application engine to gain access to Liberty Mutual renter’s insurance quotes free of cost. This will have a validity period of 30 days.

The partnership aims to raise the awareness of rental insurance and its accessibility.

It also supports the strategy of Rental Beast to simplify the rental market and provide mainly small landlords the tools required for a successful rental investment.

Rental Beast’s free offerings for landlords also includes rental listing services, a tenant screening service, as well as online rent collection.
