ReSource Pro has opened a delivery centre in the Philippines as its workforce there exceeds 650 and is expected to approach 1,000 this year.
The US-based insurance operations partner said the facility formalises its expanding footprint in the country.

It added that the market has become an important hub for delivering operational services to insurance organisations across the property and casualty (P&C) and employee benefits segments.
The centre will handle a range of services, including commercial and personal lines, workers’ compensation, excess, compliance, directors and officers (D&O), and Policy Insights solutions.
The company first outlined its plans to expand into the Philippines in 2024, citing rising demand from US insurance carriers, brokerages, managing general agents (MGAs), and wholesalers for operational expertise and scalable support.
Since then, it has established teams to cover multiple client functions.
Staff at the new site will collaborate with ReSource Pro’s global workforce to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support operational delivery.

The office is intended to support collaboration, training, and knowledge-sharing as the firm continues to expand its global delivery network.
