Rönesans’ knowledge of the local landscape is said to be instrumental in representing Tysers in Türkiye.

In turn, Tysers will offer Rönesans access to a range of insurance products, services and connections with industry players.

Tysers CEO Tom Wilson said: “This partnership is deeply complementary and brings together in-depth local market and industry knowledge and global resources to provide innovative risk solutions for clients. Tysers and Rönesans share a client-first approach to business, which will be at the heart of our plans as we expand our products and services in Türkiye and across central Europe, where we see the potential for strong growth.”

Tracing its roots back to 1820 in the City of London, Tysers has evolved from its early days in marine trade and assisting governments with state insurance programmes to becoming a private partnership and eventually incorporating in 2001.
