MediHelp International has implemented CoverGo’s health insurance platform to enhance operations in Europe and strengthen digital transformation.
The move marks the replacement of MediHelp’s core systems with CoverGo’s modular, API (application programming interface)-driven technology, enabling full digital management of the insurance value chain.
The implementation includes product configuration, multi-channel distribution, policy administration, claims processing and reinsurance reporting.
The digital overhaul was completed in one year.
MediHelp now employs the Admin Portal, Broker Portal and Member Portal to facilitate stakeholder interactions and enhance operational efficiency.
MediHelp International vice-president Laura Afrasine said: “We are proud to partner with CoverGo in delivering a truly digital insurance experience to our clients and partners. Going live on the platform is a major leap forward in our strategy to lead with innovation and agility across European markets.”
