World Insurance Associates has officially announced the acquisition of Texas-based TAB Insurance Agency that took place on 1 March.
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

TAB Insurance Agency is a full service, independent insurance agency. It provides personal and commercial insurace in Texas.
It will mark WIA’s second location in Texas, joining McMillan Insurance Group of Fort Worth.

TAB Insurance focuses on developing personal, long term relationships with their clients and providing excellent customer service, WIA noted.
