A new life insurance comparison service has been launched in the UK ahead of the EU Gender Directive, which is due to become effective on 21 December 2012.
The tool has been launched by UK-headquartered insurance broker ActiveQuote Health and follows the unveiling of the provider’s income protection comparison service in April 2012.
ActiveQuote’s life insurance comparison service features tailored quotes for consumers, a range of 11 UK insurers and the ability to buy a chosen policy online.
The life insurance quotes can be customised online with the customer able to amend the amount of cover, policy term and critical illness amount with instant updates to the price.
