In his new role, Dixon will be responsible for managing the delivery of marketing services that support agent recruitment and contracting, new business development, lead programs and incentives, agent management and marketing initiatives to build awareness and loyalty for the Settlers Life final expense brand in 36 states.

Dixon has an insurance background that includes successful sales experience as a life insurance agent. Since joining Settlers as a marketing services specialist in 2010, he has made significant contributions to the enhancement and development of products and services that support the company’s expansion and future growth in the final expense life insurance marketplace.
