LV= has partnered with virtual GP Square Health and added LV= Doctor Services to all personal protection products for new customers.
The service offers policyholders convenient access to three medical services via one app.
Customers will be able to speak to a UK doctor by video or phone, get a private prescription without needing to visit their GP, as well as obtaining a review of an existing diagnosis and specialist advice on treatment options.
From 6 June 2017, the service will be available to all new personal protection policyholders.
Customers need to download the app to their smartphone, or call Square Health directly, to access the service.
Appointments are available between 8am-7pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturdays, and it can also be used for the policyholder’s children up to the age of 16.

We already provide our protection customers with access to legal professionals, counsellors and nurses through our Member Care Line, so LV= Doctor Services feels like a natural and beneficial extension to our offering.
