He will report directly to Jean-Louis Laurent Josi, regional CEO of AXA Asia and to Paul Evans, group CEO, AXA global life, savings and health. 

Bouas-Laurent will be based at the regional head office in Hong Kong.

Working towards AXA Asia’s ambition to become the customer centric insurer in Asia, and by 2030 serve 100m customers, Bouas-Laurent will be responsible for expanding the life and savings and the distribution business in the region.

He also has country management responsibilities to ensure both general Insurance and life and savings entities in Hong Kong, Thailand and Indonesia are strategically aligned to support the profitable growth of each market.
